Join us for a weekend packed full of movement in celebration of your body. Nia Palooza is guaranteed to rejuvenate and energize you. We invite you to explore your body and enhance balance in your life’s dance through the elements of the Nia Technique. Special guest Nia Black Belt, Winalee Zeeb, will help you to lighten up, relax and enjoy Nia classes and playshops all weekend long.

Be prepared to dance, play and re-awaken something very powerful from within.

Newly renovated in Sept 2009 and has the beautiful dance room with hardwood floors, a wall of mirrors and is a high ceiling gym.

The Salvation Army - Bethesda Centre

• The Bethesda Centre exists for high-risk adolescents experiencing a crisis pregnancy.
  
  
• The goal of the Centre is to provide a residential environment that is aimed at equipping the individual with the ability to make positive life choices for herself and her child.
  
  
• The Centre approaches these goals from a Christian perspective in line with the mission of the Salvation Army.

 

 

2009 Nia Palooza

After our 2009 event we were very proud to be able to present My Sisters’ Place with a check for $1,000.00. We are grateful to all of you for this.
