I have been studying cellular health for over 15 years.  My interest in health started as a child and continues to fascinate me. 

Let me begin with the story of the marvelously intricate, fundamental unit of life – THE CELL!

Life begins as a single cell.  Trillions of cells work in synergy within the universe we call our body.  Billions of cells die and are replaced every day.  We shed 600,000 skin cells an hour!

Our skin is the largest organ of the body.  It is under attack every day – toxins in our food and water, pollutants in the air, radiation from the sun, oxidative stress from daily living, AND  preservatives in our skincare products.

The skin regulates temperature, expels toxins, manufactures sebum (oil), and protects you from bacteria.  The acid mantle, the surface of your skin, controls the PH levels topically and absorbs moisture from the atmosphere.

Some countries have recently banned all formaldehyde releasing preservatives and parabens.  Why?  They are known carcinogens.  Many things you apply to your skin are detected in the blood stream in 20 minutes.

We need four elements to live:  oxygen, water, a fuel source and glutathione.

What is GLUTATHIONE? 

It is the “mother” of all antioxidants and ONLY the body makes it.  We are born with a lot of it and die with none of it.  The skin is rich in glutathione because it is the body’s largest detoxification organ. 

To have HEALTHY, STRONG, BEAUTIFUL SKIN, you must begin nurturing your skin at the cellular level.   You must slow down the intrinsic aging  to slow down the extrinsic aging.  Your skincare products must support strong, healthy skin cells.  There is no quick, external fix!!
